Özet: MonthPilot'u kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur — finansal tavsiye değildir. 13 yaş altı kullanılmamalıdır.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

MonthPilot, kullanıcının manuel olarak girdiği kredi kartı borçları, faturalar, gelirler ve düzenli ödemeleri organize eden, görselleştiren ve hatırlatan bir mobil uygulamadır.

MonthPilot kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden (e-posta, şifre, biyometrik kilit ayarı) siz sorumlusunuz.

MonthPilot Premium üç farklı planla sunulur:

Otomatik Yenileme

Aylık ve yıllık planlar dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir. İptal etmek için Apple ID veya Google Play hesabınızdan abonelik ayarlarına gidin. Lifetime plan otomatik yenilenmez.

İade Politikası

Apple App Store ve Google Play'in iade politikaları geçerlidir. MonthPilot satın alma işlemine doğrudan iade yapamaz; iade taleplerini App Store veya Play Store üzerinden yapmanız gerekir.

5. Reklamlar

Ücretsiz kullanıcılara Google AdMob banner ve geçiş reklamları gösterilir. Premium aboneliğinde reklam gösterilmez. Reklamlar üçüncü tarafların içeriğidir ve MonthPilot tarafından kontrol edilmez.

6. Garanti Reddi

MonthPilot "olduğu gibi" ve "kullanılabilir olduğu kadar" sunulur. Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız veya tüm cihaz ve işletim sistemleriyle uyumlu olduğunu garanti etmiyoruz. Veri kaybı ihtimaline karşı önemli verilerinizi düzenli olarak yedeklemenizi (CSV dışa aktarma) öneririz.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırı

Uygulanabilir yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, MonthPilot'un kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda ödediğiniz abonelik tutarıyla sınırlıdır.

Özellikle: MonthPilot finansal tavsiye sunmaz. Yatırım, kredi, borç ödeme veya diğer finansal kararlarınızdan doğan sonuçlardan biz sorumlu değiliz.

8. Fikri Mülkiyet

MonthPilot uygulaması, logosu, marka adı ve içeriği bize aittir. Sizinle paylaştığımız sınırlı, kişisel ve devredilemez bir kullanım lisansıdır.

9. Hesap Sonlandırma

Bu koşulları ihlal ederseniz veya yasadışı kullanım tespit edersek hesabınızı önceden bildirmeden askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Sonlandırma sonrası verileriniz Gizlilik Politikası'ndaki silme prosedürüne göre silinir.

10. Koşul Değişiklikleri

Bu koşullarda önemli değişiklikler yaparsak uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta ile sizi bilgilendiririz. Devam eden kullanım yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

11. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Doğacak uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

1. Service Description

MonthPilot is a mobile application that organizes, visualizes and reminds users about their manually-entered credit card debt, bills, income and recurring payments.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MonthPilot. You are responsible for the security of your account (email, password, biometric lock).

4. Premium Subscription

MonthPilot Premium is offered in three plans:

Auto-Renewal

Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew at the end of each period. To cancel, go to your Apple ID or Google Play account's subscription settings. The Lifetime plan does not auto-renew.

Refund Policy

Apple App Store and Google Play refund policies apply. MonthPilot cannot directly refund a purchase; refund requests must be made through the App Store or Play Store.

5. Advertising

Free users see Google AdMob banner and interstitial ads. No ads are shown in the Premium subscription. Ads are third-party content and are not controlled by MonthPilot.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

MonthPilot is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service is uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices and operating systems. We recommend backing up your data regularly (CSV export) against the possibility of data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of MonthPilot. Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount you paid in the last 12 months.

In particular: MonthPilot does not provide financial advice. We are not responsible for outcomes of your investment, credit, debt repayment or other financial decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The MonthPilot application, logo, brand and content are ours. What we share with you is a limited, personal and non-transferable license to use the service.

9. Account Termination

If you violate these terms or we detect illegal use, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. After termination, your data is deleted per the deletion procedure in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
